1. Overview

YumQR uses Paddle.com as its Merchant of Record for all subscription billing and payments. All payment processing, invoicing, and refunds are handled by Paddle on our behalf. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscription plans so you can try YumQR with confidence.

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 14 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal. To qualify, your account must be in good standing and must not have been terminated for violations of our Terms of Service. Free trial periods do not involve any charges and are therefore not eligible for refunds.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with the following information: the email address associated with your YumQR account, your subscription plan details, and the reason for your refund request. We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 1 business day.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed by Paddle within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that currency conversion rates may affect the exact amount refunded if your payment was made in a different currency.

5. Cancellations and Partial Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refund is issued automatically for the remaining period. For annual plans cancelled mid-cycle, a pro-rata refund may be issued at our discretion upon request.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds: refund requests submitted more than 14 days after payment, accounts that have been suspended or terminated for violations of the Terms of Service, and free trial periods where no payment was charged.
