1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, restaurant details) and information generated through your use of the service (order data, menu content, analytics). Guest users who scan QR codes do not need to create accounts — we collect only the order details they submit.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve the YumQR service, process orders, send service notifications, and analyze usage patterns to improve our platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on encrypted AWS servers in the EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1). We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). Database backups are encrypted and retained for 7 days.
4. Third-Party Services
We use Paddle as our payment processor (Merchant of Record). Payment information is handled directly by Paddle and never stored on our servers. We use AWS SES for transactional emails and AWS S3 for image storage.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can export your restaurant data at any time through the dashboard. To request data deletion, contact us at support@yumqr.pro.
