No. YumQR is a web-based system. All you need is a device with a browser to manage your menu, and printed QR codes for your tables.

Yes. You can add modifiers to any menu item (e.g., 'Extra cheese', 'No onions', 'Medium rare'). Guests select their preferences when adding items to their cart.

Managers see incoming orders in real time and manage the supported lifecycle: pending, preparing, and delivered. Pending or preparing orders can be cancelled. Guest live-progress tracking is not supported.

Each account manages one restaurant location. Contact Sales to discuss Enterprise requirements.

YumQR offers order analytics, popular items reports, and revenue tracking. Enterprise plans include advanced analytics with trends and export capabilities.

Basic and Pro each include a 30-day trial with the selected plan's entitlements. Enterprise is contact-sales only and has no self-service trial. No card is required to start.

When a trial ends, the account is restricted until a paid subscription is confirmed. Its data is retained; it is not automatically moved to Basic.

Upgrades apply after successful payment confirmation. Downgrades and cancellations apply at the end of the current billing period.
