1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using YumQR, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
YumQR provides a QR code-based digital menu and ordering platform for restaurants and food service businesses. The service includes menu management, QR code generation, order processing, and analytics.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings. Refund requests within 14 days of payment are honored.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use YumQR for any unlawful purpose, to distribute malicious content, or to interfere with the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
YumQR is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
